★ Red social para 'artesanios' / Spanish network for 'artesanios'

I've recently discovered artesanio, a social network about crafts, handmade and design developed by @blackslot and @venzario.

I think this project will look like Etsy, DaWanda, Folksy and other sites about discovering, buying and selling crafts... but in Spanish! Yes, I was missing this kind of site for Spanish speakers.

I'm very excited because I hope this crafters' network will be ready very soon. Meanwhile, I recommend that you visit their blog where artisans, designers and restless hands are introducing themselves, including me (Sorry, it's in Spanish!). Thanks again Jose!

  3. Hola! Es Lisa de Ravelry (Knitnzu). Your English is far better than my Spanish, but because you asked, I will make some corrections for you.

I was missing this kind of site FOR Spanish speakers. (not to Spanish speakers)

Meanwhile, I recommend THAT you visit their blog ... are introducing THEMSELVES, including me. OR, and I am too. (but know that many native English speakers would write or say it the way you did, "and me too").

I am unsure about this, but I think it should be: this crafters' network. The apostrophe indicates possession, and since it is a network for many crafters as opposed to one crafter, the apostrophe comes after the s. Spanish is easier with this as you can use the word "de" and then "artesanio" or "artesanios".

I have been taking adult ed classes in Spanish to brush up. I had a lot of Spanish in grades 7-12, but it has been a long time. The classes are not very challenging, but they are inexpensive and I like the teacher (a Mexican) very much. I would write all this in Spanish, but I'm not on my own computer and I hit some key that made the type very very small, and I haven't added the spanish keyboard here.

Talk soon! Oh! are you in Skype?
